HOW TO INSTALL IPHONE APPS MANUALLY WITHOUT APPLE STORE
Open iTunes on your computer desktop.

Click on the "iTunes Store" icon to open the iTunes store.

Click on the "App Store" option on the iTunes store header at the top of the window to open the App Store.

Type the name of the app you want to install in the search bar. Tap "Enter" on your keyboard to search.

Click on the price icon underneath your desired app to download. You may have to enter your Apple ID and password in a pop-up window before the download can begin.
6.
Connect your iPhone to iTunes by plugging it into your computer using your iPhone USB cable.
7.
Click on the "iPhone" icon that appears to open your iPhone options.
8.
Check the box next to the option "Automatically install new Apps" to set an automatic installation of your new app.
9.
Click the "Sync" icon to sync your new app to your iPhone.
